Serva Peruvian Cuisine is a dream come true. It’s a fusion of Peruvian and American food. Served in a healthy, light, and unique way. Serva is heavily influenced by the variety of ethnic backgrounds found throughout Peru.

Our History

The team of Serva is persuaded by the Peruvian culture. The recipes of Redina Arca, Mr. Serva's Mother, make its presence in this new concept. We will accept this challenge with humility and respect to all. The restaurant is all about introducing delicious Peruvian food. On our logo, that animal that is there is a hummingbird. The hummingbird represents one of the multiple animal figures that are on the nazca lines in Peru.

Our Food

Offering a taste through Peru, Serva Cuisine's signature dishes range from seafood, meat, quinoa, vegetarian selections. Dishes such as Ceviche Clasico, Ensalada de Quinoa, or Causa are light and healthy. Spotlight dishes examples include the Lomo Saltado, a traditional Peruvian-style stir-fry of beef tenderloin, sauteed with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and soy sauce, with papas fritas, and rice. We will have dishes that go beyond the classics that represent both gluten-free and vegan dishes made by the chef.
